Schocopee News Regular Club membership meetings shall be held five times per year as follows: January After late deer season to prepare a budget and organize work projects for the next year. This meeting requires a quorum of 50% of membership to set the annual budget and identify the annual work projects. March Early spring dinner and party for membership and families. July Pre-license season meeting to assign area/zone for archery and early season as well as rifle season. September Prior to bow season, a meeting with a quorum of 50% of members must be held to elect new Board Members and Officers. November Immediately prior to deer season (all rifle season hunters must attend). Additional board meetings may be scheduled as needed. |
